Phobos & Deimos

Описание

The moons of the red planet. Alluring, hidden, secretive. Are they the same? Are they of one? Do they hide something bigger or are they the reflective children of our aloof neighbour...Presented two ways, this peach and pear soured & aged ale makes for 2 different aspects. The beer engine highlights the creamy notes of the pear, while the keg conditioned fizz enhances the sharpness of the peach. A clean aspect with a fine, easy going strength. Compare and contrast the two for a new way into the vastness of the cosmos.
