Loof – Barrel-aged Pale Ale with Brettanomyces.Loof is a type of traditional English pale ale that is less hop-forward, paying tribute to yeast and barrel character instead. It has more outspoken flavours than a young pale ale. It was aged on oak for 5 months, creating a soft rounded bitterness on warm malty notes.
