A 2015 apple cider cuvée aged in french oak and rum barrels. Loaded with tropical soursop fruit, blood orange, pineapple, cherry, currants, and tropical flowers. Perfect for the end of summer and this hot weather. Great tannins and barrel characters as well as lingering fruit complexity from our outrageous island blend.
