Butt Beer is an early ancestor to the English Porter, light and drinkable, and traditionally brewed in the early 1700s with all Brown Malt. We added some oats and biscuit malt to our version, for an incredibly easy drinking roasty butt. And we conditioned this batch on cold brewed coffee gifted directly from Finca Cristina in Costa Rica!
