Fresh hop beer - it's our first time! We're taking a fresh look at a classic hazy IPA by cold-conditioning it on 50kg's of Moutere hops fresh from the field - untouched, unkilned and a little wet. The result is a clean malt profile that gives way to a resinous, dank hop profile in all its glory. This delicate, highly-quaffable 6.3% hazy may seem innocent, but is plenty experienced smacking you in the face with big grapefruit, pine, and tropical fruit aromas. We're ultra-excited. Maybe a little too excited.
