Cold IPA-style top-fermented beer. They are used with bottom-fermenting yeasts, but fermentation takes place at lower temperatures just like standard ales, which is why it has the designation "Cold". Part of the malt is replaced by rice flakes to achieve a dry character. The aroma is dominated by peach, while the taste is dominated by mango, pineapple and notes of coconut.
