Stephan Shrugged is the last blend that received his 2 shrugs of approval.Aromatic with scents of lavender and fresh cut grass, with tastes of lemon preserves, cool melon, honey, and a hint of rosemary, this golden sour beer aged in oak barrels with lavender showcases a complex yeast expression with a moderate acidity and just a touch of lavender.
