Brewed with organic barley malt from local farming and soft water from the Black Forest. The traditional decoction mash method has been applied to provide a grainy body. Generous whirlpool additions with organic hops Cascade and Perle grown in Germany give this lager beer the special twist. You can taste the nature in this beer.
