An exceptionally fruity blend of Dabinett and Browns apples (80/20 ratio). Luscious, easy-drinking, refreshing and perfectly balanced. The 2023 vintage gave us smooth and light bodied Dabinett that matches up perfectly with a small infusion of co-fermented Browns Apples that provide fruity acidity. A muted aroma leads into a cider that zips across the palate with freshness and verve, bringing joy to the mouth.
