This is our first go at a style we have great respect for - the Czech Dark Lager - we used a floor malted pilsner and some select specialty dark malts to create what we find to be a light yet slightly roasted experience with a light lager finish - with a slight residual sugar sweetness instead of a focus on a sharp bitter finish.
