This Big Ray is bursting with fruit, funk, spice and everything nice. Fermented warm with A Norwegian Kviek yeast, big dry hops of galaxy and eldardo like it’s little sibling. Very low bitterness and a silky smooth mouthfeel from additions of lactose. Cheers!
