The backbone of this beer is Gladfield Malt grown by the Michael family in Canterbury. High-quality malts give this beer body and mouthfeel to carry the hops. Layer that up with new season NZH-106 from the OG Mac Hops in Motueka, which brings passionfruit and grapefruit aroma, then Nelson Sauvin, Superdelic and Moutere and you have a classic, punchy crisp New Zealand IPA at its absolute finest.
