Named after the battle of Axona.We took our original Flanders Red, Sabis, and every season for 3 years, we added wild raspberries and damsons from each harvest. Each batch of fruit added to the barrel year after year to feed the wild yeasts.A red wine barrel was used for 4 years to extract all the vinious flavours and oak tannins.
