Green Up! is the first Faustformel Triple IPA ever.No boiling hops at all but huge loads of Citra, Mosaic, Motueka plus a little hint of El Dorado hops spread an intense fruit character!Besides Pilsner malt I mashed in a lot of wheat malt, oat malt and flaked oats for a soft texture and pillowy mouthfeel.I used A24 Dry Hop by @imperialyeast which did a great job in both biotransformation and attenuation.Green Up! clocks in at 9.5 ABV and will be available at Zwanze Day 2020 at Mon Petit Cafe Stuttgart Germany
