Blackcurrant, Blackberry, and Raspberry mixed ferment sour blend. (10:5:1 Ratio) Oak aged for 18 months with a custom blend of wild and domesticated strains of lactobacillus, brettanomyces, and pediococcus, with over >2kg fruit per L beer.
