⁣Irish coffee, ⁣a cocktail consisting of hot coffee, Irish whiskey, and whipped cream, was an inspiration to many brewers and was often reinterpreted as stout. Instead, we expressed this traditional drink in a lighter style - Irish Red Ale. This beer is accompanied by ⁣a little acidity, sweetness of lactose, vanilla scent, and fresh coffee flavor from our neighbor Hwasoo Coffee's roasted coffee.
