Crescendo was brewed with orchestrated amounts of NW grown hops, beginning with a whisper and gradually increasing throughout the boil. A crescendo of aromatic hoppiness in the whirlpool was followed by an encore performance in the dry-hop, delivering a flourish of citrus, pine, and floral hop notes that harmonize with gentle bitterness in the finish.
