Banana Pudding themed Pastry Brown Ale. This beer began as seconds runnings from our Dessert Cart Pastry Stout. This base was then fermented with our preferred house ale yeast and conditioned on 370lbs of Banana Puree, 60lbs of Nilla Wafers and dash of Saigon cinnamon. The result is truly Banana Puddin' in a glass!!!
