At Archer Brewing we take pride in using 100% Australian ingredients for all our products so when an opportunity to team up with specialty Australian character malt producer AMSAT presented itself we naturally got on board!Our CRYSTAL LAGER uses a high proportion of hand crafted Crystal Malt and a hint of Roasted Malt to bring a smooth complexity and brilliant deep copper hue to this malt forward lager. Of course this collaboration wouldn't be complete without a trio of Aussie hops from our friends at Ellerslie
