The next chapter in the Cryogenic Chronicles, again utilising Yakima Chief’s patented “Cryo Hops” to create an intense hop experience in a delicious hazy IPA.This time we used Simcoe Cryo, Ekuanot Cryo and Loral Cryo to bring on layers of stone fruit, pine, citrus and herbs jammed into a hazy IPA making this brew super juicy and easy drinking with a velvet like mouthfeel, soft bitterness a light malt profile.
