Kentucky common aged fourteen months in third use bourbon barrels before a twelve hour steep on peach tea and fresh mint. This iteration used Willett barrels that previously held beer from our Spirit Barrel Program. It has a noticeable robust backbone with round acidity, notes of cantaloupe, early stone fruit, vanilla and char.⠀
