A fresh hop twist on a beer we made in the past called boundless. The grist is a little darker in colour with a healthy dose of Spelt grains for extra body. We drove out to Okuora farms for some fresh Riwaka as they were picking! Fermented out with a fruit forward yeast strain and blended with a barrel of mixed ferment wild ale.
