Tasty McDole joined us last month for a collaboration brew day, Tasty is an award winning American homebrewer that has done collaborations with some of the best breweries in the world.The lads banged their heads together and designed a recipe for a West Coast Session IPA, coming in at 70 IBUs, packed with Amarillo, Mosaic, Bravo and Simcoe, a break from the big juicy pales we have been doing lately this one is for those of you that embrace the bitterness, a real thirst quencher with plenty of grapefruit notes.
