A collab with Lervig, and named after Lervig's brewer Handsome Dave. This beer offers a combination of the two breweries' unique stout styles, and perfectly demonstrates how international collaboration makes the world a better place.When we had Dave over from Lervig last month, we couldn’t let him go without making another little something to enjoy now and to tuck a portion of it away into barrels for a later date. This seems to be a bit of a growing tradition with our Nordic collaborations… and I like it!Handsome Stout is a thick and oozy 10% stout, lots of liquorice notes with a sweet malty mouthfeel to round it off. Half of it packaged for enjoying now and the rest is now aging in a blend of different barrels and octaves.
