What we’ve brewed is a Simcoe Dip Hop IPA - A returned version of our award winning Anthem IPA, this time using an experimental new Japanese method known as "dip hopping". Continuously hopped with Simcoe from start to finish, this beer exhibits a complex blend of berry, apricot, citrus and piney resin. Finishing dry, this beer is hoppy yet balanced, and a perfect exploration of this wonderful hop.
