Light red in colour with light orange/yellow highlights and an off-white head. A heavy oak aroma dominates and is joined by subtle plum and dark berry notes. A medium level body is met with a low level bitterness and explosive flavours of rich raisin and plum which are enhanced by a crisp tart acidity. Secondary fermentation took place in ex-red wine barrels and was aged for 25months. Enjoy!
