Pin Your Wings

Описание

Simcoe is a varietal that has transcended across each step of the craft beer boom in the UK; from the first wave big boys, to the second wave hype merchants, to our very own third wave scrappy new kids on the block – it offers a consistency unlike any other hop, and that apricot, berry and passionfruit balanced with pine and woodsy earth work in our beers so well. Utlising both the freshest T-90 pellets, as well as Cryo Simcoe, Pin Your Wings is a all-in, amped up, maxed out tribute to a certified pillar of a hop that has been part of the lifeblood of Polly’s since we started all the way back in that snowy January of 2018. All wrapped up in that signature Polly’s LA3 yeast blend, this beer bridges that line between pint smashability and intense flavour-bomb.
