For the last couple of years here in SE Penna, February has come along and given glimpses of an early Spring, only for March to let winter hang around a while longer. In honor of this new Split Season, we offer a softly tart kettle soured ale conditioned on pink guava puree. Guava jumps out, accompanied by notes of black raspberry, mellow eucalyptus, monkey bread and pink lemonade. If it's the new norm, we might as well enjoy this Split Season!
