Okaeri Friend

Описание

“Okaeri” means “welcome home” in Japanese and has been the inspiration both for the collab with Tim from Brew Dog, and the amazing can design from our good friend Troy at Troy Designs. Our first ever brewer collab welcomes home Tim Radjenovic, Head Brewer at Brew Dog AU and Woopi local! We’ve brewed a Cold IPA with generous additions of Flaked Rice for a strong Japanese Style Rice Lager base beer. Firm but balanced bitterness and showing off Mosaic, Simcoe and Amarillo. Clean, dry, nicely bittered, firm aroma and drinking much smaller than its 6.7%.
