6.6% COLD IPA / HYBRID LAGERThis beer is a culmination of everything we have learnt from our last two Cold IPAs - EVERY EVERYTHING uses an adjuncted grain bill with maize and rice, giving the beer a decent mouthfeel while retaining a high level of dryness.Chinook provides bitterness, Citra is used up until Whirlpool for big citrus vibes, and Centennial and Talus are on dry hop duty for a one-two punch of pine and grapefruit.The beer is then fermented cold with a lager yeast, for maximum crispness and hop expression.Allergens: Gluten (Barley, Oats, Wheat), YeastVEGAN
