We've twisted the hop-forward IPA to best express the unique personality of Seoul Gypsy in a Farmhouse style. The fruity characters from Nelson Sauvin, Mosaic, Cascade hops, combined with the distinctive tart, dank notes and the earthy, pineapple character of Seoul Gypsy's house yeast, pack a citrus punch of green, yellow, and red in every sip.
