Bit of a mashup. The yeast is a style used in NEIPA and keaves a bit kd haze and nice fruity esters. The malt is quite classic english ale bringing some malty caramel to the party and a robust body.The hops (sabro) are a very new kid on yhe block only being released commercially lasr year. Coming from the tough conditions of the new mexico high desert, this hop has a very unique and intoxicating character.
