Fruit Salad Gose

Описание

Using both blueberry and pomegranate purees along with freshly zested lemons, limes and oranges we have created a fruit bomb of a sour ale with the berries dominating the palate and the citrus providing an extra level of complexity. A healthy addition of kosher salt was also brought in to round out the intense fruit character providing a subtle salinity and the perfect balance between salty sweet and sour.
