At the base of our autumnal porter are 6 different types of barley malt, among which are also types of roasted malt at different levels that give the beer its dark color and a noticeable malty presence alongside flavors of roasting and hints of chocolate, caramel and even a little vanilla. The subtle smoky aroma comes from the use of malt that has been smoked and well absorbed its flavors and aromas. The body is full and the mouthfeel is full. In order to give the beer an additional layer of aroma and taste, we added a good portion of oak shavings to the beer and let time do its thing.
