MoonRabbit Mooncake Stout ?? a festive celebration with toasted black sesame and lotus seeds.Creative Process:We wanted to create a beer that would pair well with the heavy sweetness of traditional mooncakes, so a full bodied, strong alcoholic beer was a must.Tasting Notes:L- Chocolate brown to black colour. Brownish tan colored head and little bit of lacing that dissipates.S- Merry boozy, both the roastiness of the malts and the black sesame combine in unison, some hints of coffee.T- Medium to full bodied, with chocolate maltiness and alcoholic warmth that finishes with a long black sesame bitter aftertaste.F- Lightly effervescent with mild carbonation.
