Lost In Leith Sabro & El Dorado Berliner Weisse

For this latest, keg-only version of our BA Brett Berliner series, we've put our Berliner Weisse base beer into re-fill Burgundian Chardonnay barrels and inoculated it with a strain of Brett. 16 months later, just before packaging we dry-hopped the beer with Sabro and El Dorado. The result is a fresh, funky and fruity sour with peach, elderflower, pomme fruit and Prosecco-esque spritzy dryness.
