Spellbinding Elixir

Описание

To highlight YCH’s 2024 Pink Boot’s Hop Blend, which consists of Idaho 7, El Dorado, HBC 638, and Ahtanum, we used our west coast water profile and a simple grain bill in our own cauldrons. Pointed in flavor, notes of candied citrus, stone fruit, and herbal floralness come together with a lingering west coast bitterness, making this the perfect elixir for any ailment. Shout out to our brewer and Pink Boots member Jessica for spearheading this beer's creation.
