Crusher (Chardonnay 12/15/22)

We finally were able to source some grapes during the 2022 fruit harvest! We decided to use these freshly picked Chardonnay grapes from Palisade, CO to create a new iteration of Crusher, our grape sour collaboration with Side Project. This blend comes in super citrusy and would never be considered a wine/beer hybrid. The grapes come off incredibly delicate and rich. This one changes immensely over time in the glass. Sip and savor!In collaboration with Side Project of St. Louis, MO. We use both our house yeast cultures to ferment the base beer in oak for several months before aging on whole chardonnay grapes.
