Soundcheck is a brand new, modern West Coast style IPA. Hopped with an old-school vs new-school combination of Mosaic, Simcoe and Talus. We've been working hard to nail down on the balance between drinkability and bitterness in our West Coast IPA's and we think this beer is pretty close to bang on. A lean and clean malt bill allows the resinous hop oils to shine. Slight pine, an undertone of resin and a distinctive grapefruit finish that leaves a pleasant and mouth-coating bitterness that you can savour long after each sip. 7.2% is nowhere to be seen, just zesty West Coast goodness.
