Fermented at a higher temperature using lallemands hybrid farmhouse saison yeast.This beer has finished up an absolute summer sun quenching delight. Notes of clove, spice and a hint of pepper.Lemon zest up and citrus pith up front with herbal earthy notes on display from the Columbus dry hop.
