Additions of earl grey tea and dark malts provide a balanced flavor to the citrus zest aroma, resulting in a flavorful, crisp, easy drinking beer. When the brewing duo of Stu and Sam (and Sam's lovely wife Anna) came up to Beijing, we knew we were in for a good time. Our team was blown away by Stu's ability to sleep only 47 minutes one night and still bounce back as a fully (mostly) functioning human being. Just hard at work brewing, probably. The results are apparent in this refershing dark lager. 4.6% ABV, 40 RMB 340ml
