Inspired by the finish beer known as Sahti. Brewed with Pilsner, Munich, and rye malt from Mecca Grade Malt. Aged hops, our own yeast culture and sour wort. Juniper added to this beergives a unique Citrus, Juniper berry, spice note that keeps you coming back for more! Our early version of this beer utilized a traditional Finnish-style kuurnamade of a fallen spruce tree for separating the wort from the grain. The retired kuurna now stands in our tasting room.
