We are delighted to present our new collaborative recipe "Thallô".We chose this name after we were delighted to welcome our friends from the Samos microbrewery to the heart of spring and brewed together a delightful "English golden ale" starring a new 100% British hop variety.The reason is the Harlequin hop. Harlequin is a new intense hop that stands out for its fruit flavors such as passion fruit, peach and pineapple. It has an incredible aroma and great brewing potential since it was selected for its disease resistance and good performance."Thallô", our new collaborative recipe, is a delightful, aromatic, spring "English golden ale" with 4.5% ABV and is waiting for you to discover it... cheers!!!??????
