Balls Bittersweet 2021

Описание

2021 was our first time working with Balls Bittersweet, an unusual Herefordshire variety descended from Medaille d’Or and our old friend Foxwhelp. Coming from the rolling hills of West Herefordshire, Balls Bittersweet produces a beautifully naturally balanced cider, with great depth and good acid.Wild fermented, this spent some time in second and third-use ex-cognac barrels before bottle conditioning for a gentle, creamy bit of sparkle in the glass.
