Cool Bees

Inspired by a trip to the National Honey Board Brewing Summit, Cool Bees substitutes a portion of fermentable grain with Orange Blossom Honey that has been added during the whirlpool portion of the brewing process. This dries out the beer a bit and adds a nice floral characteristic to the finished product.
