Cherry sour bière brut.Burbulose goes through three fermentationphases to form a moderately sour, champagnelike sparkling and quite potent beer. At the latesta generous amount of cherries is addedtogether with champagne yeast, a processwhich results in a wine-ish, nonetheless fruityfeel. A small pinch of salt is also used inproduction to control acidity levels.
