Brew Juice is a fruited sour that was developed based on the popularity or our Project #13 beer off of our pilot system.Fruited with a huge dose of Raspberry, Blackberry, Strawberry, and Boysenberry.The beer base is a Kettle Sour that has a huge amount of oats to make a nice smoothie base. After fermentation the beer was kept cold crashed for an extended period of time to have a maximum of the yeast flocc out, then conditioned on 190g/L of fruit purée and a healthy dose of lactose to smooth out the acidity of the beer and a touch of milkiness. The final product is at 3.2 pH.
