Molé Cider (Nitro)

We added all the spices in a traditional Mexican molé including unsweetened chocolate (from The Chocolat Bar, Boise) and a spicy hit of chipotle chilis. This cider is pumped full of nitrogen to give it a smooth, creamy finish. Olé!
