If there's something strange… In your neighborhood… Who you gonna call ?Coastbusters is our collab with our friends from Schwarze Rose (Main, Germany). The idea was to be in the middle of the two coasts.West coast-ish grain bill and water, East coast-ish yeast and hops. No big haze, not really crystal clear… Precisely what we wanted !Speaking about hops, we selected Amarillo and Simcoe for a west side touch and Rakau and Eclipse for the east side.It’s a pacific hops tour and already sounds like your new favorite pacific IPA (if it’s really existing?!).
