Small Batch: Mandarin Pale Ale

We've been given some experimental hops and we're not afraid to use them! Pat has been playing near the Unitank and created a Small Batch Mandarin Pale Ale. It's a fruity wee number, with a New England strain of yeast, the addition of Mandarin puree and dry-hopped with Cryo Talus. The result is a refreshing summer pale with pink grapefruit, pine resin and citrus pith.
